FounderHi, I’m Sarah, the owner of Cat Concierge.
I’m a lifelong animal lover, devoted cat mum, and for 22 years I worked as an international flight attendant.
During my years flying, I spent a lot of time away from home and relied on many different cat sitting arrangements for my own cats.
Through that experience, I came to understand just how stressful it can be leaving your pets in someone else’s care.
You want someone you trust. Someone who understands cats, respects their routines, and genuinely cares for them the way you do.
I know that feeling because I’ve lived it.
That experience shaped the way I care for animals today and ultimately led me to create Cat Concierge.
A service built around the kind of care I always wanted for my own cats.
Calm, loving, reliable, and centred around their comfort at home.
Meet George
George is my sweet, playful boy and a rescue too, joining my family at just 8 weeks old.
He’s energetic, affectionate, and very much a mummy’s boy.
Like Polly, George is completely food obsessed and a full-blown Churu addict. If treats are involved, he is first in line.
Where Polly is all about routine and keeping everyone in check, George brings playfulness, affection, and chaos in the best way.
Together, they remind me that every cat is different, and that great care is never one-size-fits-all.
That understanding is at the heart of Cat Concierge.
Meet Polly
Polly is my little shadow and my constant companion.
She came into my life as a rescue at 12 weeks old and has been by my side ever since.
She’s vocal, food-obsessed, full of personality, and very clear about what she wants and when she wants it.
Polly has taught me so much about trust, routine, comfort, and the tiny details that matter to cats.
She reminds me every day that cats thrive when they feel safe, understood, and at home.
