In-Home Cat Sitting Services

Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only once agreed in writing and any required deposit has been received.

  • Full payment is due prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Public holiday surcharges may apply.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra visits, extended visit times, medication support, excessive cleaning, or emergency-related attendance.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking start date may receive a full refund (less any non-refundable deposit, if applicable).

  • Cancellations within 7 days may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50%.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may be non-refundable.

Access to Property

  • Clients must provide safe and reliable access to the property.

  • Cat Concierge Perth is not responsible for service delays caused by inability to access the premises.

  • Clients must advise of alarms, locks, or access instructions before service begins.

Cat Care

  • Services include feeding, water refresh, litter cleaning, wellbeing checks, play, and companionship.

  • Oral medication may be administered in food where agreed in advance.

  • Injectable medications are not provided.

  • Clients must disclose all medical conditions, behavioural concerns, and special care requirements.

Veterinary Care & Emergencies

  • If a cat becomes unwell or injured during the booking, Cat Concierge Perth may seek veterinary care at the nominated clinic or nearest available veterinary hospital.

  • All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.

  • Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the owner first.

Home Care

  • Basic home care (mail collection, bin movement, plant watering) may be provided if agreed.

  • Cat Concierge Perth is not a house-sitting service and does not provide overnight stays unless specifically agreed.

Liability

  • While all care is taken, Cat Concierge Perth is not liable for illness, injury, escape, or death resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed behavioural issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

  • Clients confirm their cat is legally owned by them and safe to handle.

Cat Transport Services

Service Scope

  • Cat transport is a private transport service for cats only.

  • Transport is direct unless otherwise agreed.

  • Shared transport with unrelated animals will not occur.

Pricing

  • Pricing is calculated based on total operational travel, including departure to pickup and return from drop-off.

  • Additional charges may apply for after-hours, urgent bookings (less than 24 hours’ notice), waiting time, or extended clinic handovers.

Safety Requirements

  • Cats must travel in a secure, suitable carrier unless otherwise arranged.

  • If a carrier is not supplied, this must be discussed in advance.

  • Clients must disclose medical conditions, sedation status, aggression, or escape risk.

Delays & Clinic Wait Times

  • Reasonable handover time is included.

  • Extended delays at veterinary clinics or collection points may incur additional charges.

Emergencies During Transport

  • If a medical emergency occurs during transport, Cat Concierge Perth may divert to the nearest veterinary clinic if necessary.

  • Veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner.

Cancellation

  • Same-day transport cancellations may incur fees, particularly where travel has commenced or time has been reserved.

Liability

  • All reasonable care is taken during transport.

  • Cat Concierge Perth is not liable for stress-related illness, pre-existing medical events, or complications not caused by negligence.

Cat Concierge Perth respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We may collect:

  • Veterinary clinic details

  • Cat health and care information

  • Home access instructions

  • Manage bookings

  • Provide cat care and transport services

  • Coordinate with veterinary clinics where required

Personal information is stored securely and only retained as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.

Sharing of Information

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except:

  • where required to deliver services

  • in veterinary emergencies

  • where required by law

Website & Social Media

If you engage through the website or social media, basic analytics or platform data may be collected by those platforms.

Photos & Updates

Photos of your cat may be shared with you during service delivery. Cat Concierge Perth will not publicly share images of your cat without permission.

Access & Corrections

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time.
